Northern Rivers Toxicology Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered promptly, securely, and in accordance with Australian consumer and transport regulations.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays gazetted for New South Wales.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details, followed by a separate notification containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship all products via Australia Post as Express Post.

​

All parcels are packed in compliance with the IATA 95 kPa pressure differential standard to ensure safe transport of sealed liquid products.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:​

• Express Shipping: 1–3 days* (within Australia)

 

Delivery times to rural or remote areas may vary.

*Keep in mind these are Australia Post's estimates. They are self serving and we do not make any claims as to their accuracy. Once a parcel has been dispatched, Northern Rivers Toxicology cannot guarantee delivery times. You are always welcome to choose 'pick up' and have a courier of your choice (StarTrack, FedEx etc.) pick it up on your account.

4. XenoLyte™ Verification Periods

To maintain scientific integrity and compliance with AS/NZS 4760:2019 Appendix C2, Northern Rivers Toxicology pauses shipping of XenoLyte™ products during the independent laboratory verification months.

​

The following embargo periods apply:

• November 2025

• October 2028

• September 2031

​

During these months:

• No XenoLyte™ products will be shipped from the 1st of the month until the date verification is achieved.

• Verification is typically completed on or around the 21st of the month.

• All pending XenoLyte™ orders will be dispatched immediately upon successful validation.

Customers placing pre-orders during these months will receive confirmation of the verification outcome and shipment tracking on the same day verification is achieved.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number by email.

You can monitor delivery progress directly through the Australia Post tracking portal.

6. International Shipping

Under no circumstances will the XenoLyte be shipped anywhere other than Australia or New Zealand^. We do not have any official 'resellers' or 'distributors', if you order a 'XenoLyte' product from anyone other than us, you do so at your risk and it is highly likely it is an adulterated or 'imposter' product.

^ New Zealand customers must contact us directly at XenoLyte@forensictoxicology.com.au - do not order through the website.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

• Please notify us or Australia Post within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.

• We will liaise with Australia Post to investigate.

• Where confirmed damage or loss occurs, a replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.
