  • Payment details are processed exclusively by Stripe; Northern Rivers Toxicology does not have access to your full card information.

  • We will not disclose your information to any third party except as required by law, or where necessary to fulfil the booking.

B. Persons Purchasing a Product

  • Your personal and delivery details are used solely to fulfil your order and for customer service communication.

  • Payment details are processed exclusively by Stripe; Northern Rivers Toxicology does not have access to your card information.

  • Shipping details (name, address, and contact number) will be provided to Australia Post or other nominated courier services for delivery purposes.

  • Your details will not be shared with any other third party.

C. Persons Booking a Consult

  • Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe; Northern Rivers Toxicology does not have access to your card information.

  • Information discussed or recorded during a consultation is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law, such as under subpoena or court order.
